Who we are
OmniaIQ, LLC (“OmniaIQ,” “we”) runs omniaiq.build. This policy explains what information we collect on this site, including through the Savings Model calculator, and what we do with it. It applies only to this website.

What we collect
The only personal details we ask for are your name and email, and only when you request the PDF report.
- Calculator inputs. Figures you enter, such as revenue, headcount, wages and assumptions. These describe your company, not you. The calculator runs in your browser, and nothing is sent to us until you request the report.
- Name and email. Collected when you request the report, so we can deliver it.
- Your product-update choice. Whether you checked the box asking for product-update emails. The box is unchecked unless you check it.
- Date and time of your request.
- Spam protection. We use your IP address briefly to block repeated automated submissions. It is not saved with your request. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs.
We do not ask for your phone number, job title, company name, address or payment information.
How we use it
If you don’t check the product-update box, the only email you will get from us is the copy of the report you asked for.
- Deliver your report. You download it right away, and we email you a copy in case you need it later.
- Understand who uses the calculator. We review submissions to learn what typical contractors look like and to improve the model.
- Product updates, only if you opt in. If you checked the box, we may email you about OmniaIQ product news. Every update email includes an unsubscribe link.
We do not sell or rent your information. We do not use it for advertising or share it with data brokers.
Who we share it with
We share your information only with service providers that run the site for us, and only as needed for that work.
- Web hosting: Ionos, which stores the site and its database.
- Email: Microsoft 365, which sends the report copy and our notifications.
- Analytics: Google Analytics, which collects the usage statistics described under Cookies and analytics.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to the new owner if OmniaIQ is merged or sold. This policy would continue to apply to that information.
Cookies and analytics
The calculator itself does not set cookies. The rest of the site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it. Google Analytics sets cookies (named _ga and _ga_…) that tell us which pages are viewed, how long visits last, the type of device and browser, the approximate location (city or region), and the site that referred you. We see this only as combined statistics, not as information about you by name. We don’t use it for advertising.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics on all sites with Google’s add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. To learn how Google uses this data, see policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
How long we keep it
We delete calculator submissions automatically 24 months after the request.
If you opted in to product updates, we keep your name and email on our update list until you unsubscribe. Your calculator inputs are still deleted on the 24-month schedule.
Your choices
You can use the calculator on screen without giving us anything. Only the PDF report requires your name and email.
- See, correct or delete your information: email info.privacy@omniaiq.build. We will respond within 30 days.
- Stop product updates: use the unsubscribe link in any update email, or email us.
Security
We limit access to submissions to OmniaIQ staff who need them, and the site uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. No website is perfectly secure, so we collect as little as we can.
Children
This site is for businesses. It is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. If a change affects how we use information you already gave us, we will email you if you opted in.
